For Roshn, a leading Saudi real estate company, we created a proactive campaign to spotlight the challenges women face returning to work after maternity leave—an issue that sees only 40% of women in Saudi re-enter the workforce after a career break. To dramatize this, we staged a bold scenario: Cristiano Ronaldo being refused re-entry to the pitch after halftime.
